hey alls.. haha..
preawarning.. this is gonna b a very short post.. any way i was wondering why my blog shows the same post 3 times?
veri the werid sia..lol..

anyways... today e pt was kinda a killer...
wad we had to do was this..
lepoard crawl half way around the PT ground...
then frog jump the rest.. then do the window..
then walk half of the parrallel bars then did 5 dips then walk the rest of it.
then after that go to the 4 inclined pull up staions and do 10 at each..
then go to the 4 sit up stations and do 10 at each.. then do one set of monkey bar
then do the chin ups.. at least 6.. then every one all cheat la.. they all jump till they reach above thr bar then say they alrdy.. kao..damn responsible sia..(Grins)
then after that 40 small logs fpr each hand..
then 20 medium logs for two hands together
then 5 ENORMOUS logs for two hands together.. kao...
then climbed the wall..
then hold in pumping positon for about 15 mins
then pump 10
then leg raiser for 5 mins..
then another 10 pumping
then leg raiser for 10mins,.... then finally end..
we had cover and consument today..
which means you have to put leaves and everthing in and all over your uniform..
and wei hua, eugene, and me did the best.. we passed and were good...
yea!!
muahahahahaha...evil sia...
and we felt damn stupid cause we had to walk around the school after that..
look like idots like tad.. like a walking bush...lol.. then we had targeting and shooting stuff la dunno wad la..
then nothing much lor... last parade?yea..guess so...
the part a had 2 bottles of sparkling juice la..kao.. we onli had one.. then we got ntohing else.. they got 1 packeet of twistes or wad eva la.. and it is one person on pack...
nvm la..
then me and wei hua went fer dinner at school canteen..
i had one ice lemon tea, one packet of famous amos and 4 toasts.. lol..
then i was messagin Cheryl Mun.. and when i said oppz... din't see ya there.. hi. :)
then she said oh hi.. *surely you never see me there one la. i see that you r veri hungrrry.hehs..
i mean like duh.. after all that not hungry?
siao...
but i did eat alot.. i came home then ate again.. now i am just gonna burst man.. i wanna drink green tea...^^
lol..wad the heck sia..i needa go study fer test today man.. shoot... cause saturday and sunday 1 to 7 is kayaking fer NCC... sianz...
monday is chinese CT so must study now.. heck la.. at least no difficult stuff... ^^ yea..
