some ass hole neva pass mesage to me so i missed out PT training..
bohoooo..........
i onli went for about 5 mins when i saw the PT group at the PT grounds...
so sad..
why i missed PT...
haha..

so todae i din do much at DNT..
just slack la.. from 9 till 4...
lol..veri tiering....
then after that i just went to train myself at PT ground la...

1)3 times up and down the rope
(usin the one hand for one rope method.. like CSM alan like that..)
2)40 logs
3)5 chin ups..
( i noe it is veri little put after wad i did i too tierd..i oso neva eat lunch)
4)40 inclin pulls ups
5)10 dips...
(now my diaphram damn bloody pain.. bohoo..)

alot i did i think.. heee..
